Have 1 tsp (10gms) of Nutrijam formulation in the morning (inspired by Chyawanprash being sold in Europe).
Have turmeric based Haridra capsules with 7% curcumin twice daily.
Apply Nasja Oil in or under your nose before bedtime or in the morning.
